Standard In-Stock Products: You may return standard in-stock items within 5 days of delivery. We will not cover freight costs to and from your location; you will be responsible for all shipping expenses. Returns after 5 days will incur a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund or credit.
Special Order Items: All special order items, including restaurant booths, are final sale and not eligible for return or cancellation once ordered.
Order Cancellations: You may cancel orders for standard in-stock items within 5 days of the purchase date without a fee. Cancellations after 5 days are not permitted without a cancellation fee, which may be up to 75% of the order total for special order items. For standard items canceled after 5 days, a restocking/cancellation fee will apply. If the order has already shipped, you will also be responsible for all shipping costs both ways. Cancellations are not accepted for discontinued items, floor samples, or as-is merchandise after 5 days.
Return Conditions: Merchandise must be returned in its original carton or packaging with all parts included. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
